How SlateRadar stats are calculated

Game stats show past results. Comparison lines use those results and are separate from book quotes. Hit rate counts past games; it is not a forecast.

Recent and prior NFL games do not overlap. Zeroes count; missing stats are skipped. Efficiency uses matching totals and positive volume. Changes need five games in each period.

NFL production and workload are derived from nflverse play-by-play. Target locations describe observed direction and air-yard depth, not routes or defender assignments. Current route participation is not inferred from targets or historical participation.

Last updated shows when stats were fetched. Latest game included shows how far those stats go. Failed updates keep saved stats with a warning. Not listed on an injury report does not mean cleared to play.

Models and research tools can be wrong. There are no guaranteed outcomes. Check the games included and update dates.
